I’m seeking one flatmate in their 20s, 30s or early 40’s who is clean & tidy in shared spaces & ideally wants to stay for at least 6 months.

The apartment has a balcony, and the bedroom window overlooks the beautiful green trees of Symonds Street park.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a queen bed, wardrobe & drawers. The lounge is also fully furnished & has a heat pump. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need.

There is also an option to rent a car park if you like ($50 per week). There are no free parking spots for our apartment, but the street parking is free after 5pm

I’m a kiwi guy in his early 30’s. I’m into fitness, longboarding, and reading/writing. I work in publishing for a medical journal. I tend to get along well with most people & the past housemates I’ve had. I keep the common areas very clean & tidy :)
