The room is available around the end of June/start of July

The rent is $300 per week. There is unlimited power, water, internet & a weekly cleaner! these expenses come to $45 per week

I’m seeking one flatmate in their 20s, 30s or early 40’s who is clean & tidy in shared spaces & ideally wants to stay for at least 6 months.

The apartment has a balcony, and the bedroom window overlooks the beautiful green trees of Symonds Street park.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a queen bed, wardrobe & drawers. The lounge is also fully furnished & has a heat pump. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need.

There is also an option to rent a car park if you like ($50 per week). There are no free parking spots for our apartment, but the street parking is free after 5pm

I’m a Kiwi guy in my early 30s, and work in publishing for a medical journal.

I’m easygoing, considerate, and very tidy. I prefer a calm home environment rather than anything too chaotic or loud. I tend to keep to myself a bit, but I’m friendly and always happy to have a chat in the kitchen or share a meal now and then.

I generally get along well with a wide range of people and take pride in keeping the common areas clean and tidy.

Outside of work, I’m into fitness, skateboarding & reading.
