Huge room in a sunny villa with a view of the ocean. Private property with a lot of indoor and outdoor living spaces. Negotiable rent for someone willing to look after my dog when I travel. Room will be empty when it’s rented.
About the roomies
I have my two teenagers half time, but they are super chill teens. I have a greyhound so you need to be dog friendly. I work in chch so when I’m in Dunedin I work from home, but I’m away a lot too so the house would be all yours when we’re all away.
