About the room

My partner Bayley & I are looking for someone in their 20’s to stay in our spare room. We’re in a great location, just a 3-minute walk from Hagley Park and very close to the city centre, with plenty of shops, cafes, amenities and public transport nearby. The room is spacious and comes with a large dresser, while the rest of the house is fully furnished and ready to move into. There is also off street parking available. We’re looking for someone friendly, respectful and easygoing who would enjoy a relaxed and welcoming home.

I’m currently studying and working part-time, while Bayley is a graduate and works full-time. Outside of work and study, we enjoy video games, reading, going for walks and cooking.
