About the property

Our self contained Cottage is situated a few minutes North of Masterton in a rural but not isolated community down from Rathkeale College . The cottage is 30sq metres in total plus a covered deck ,looking out onto our front paddock where sheep graze . Our cottage has a seperate bedroom with built in draws inside a large wardrobe, seperate bathroom ( no bath ) & combined lounge/dining & small kitchen . Kitchen includes a 2 burner gas cooker, small fridge/freezer & microwave oven. Washing machine is available for use & is located seperately from the cottage . There is a toaster,jug,pots,crockery,cutlery etc available. Ideal for a single ,responsible & quiet non smoker looking to live in a safe & peaceful area .
