Looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to call home? We have a large room available in a near-new, spacious home in the sought-after Lockerbie subdivision in Morrinsville. The house is fully furnished, with only the bedroom left for you to make your own. You’ll have exclusive use of the main bathroom, which is also available for occasional guests. The room available is labelled as a “living room” on the floor plan. Our current flatmate has used this room as a bedroom for the past 12+ months and has found it works really well. It’s a large room with plenty of space and offers a comfortable, private retreat within the home. Please note, it does not have an internal wardrobe. You’ll be sharing with a friendly, easy-going couple who both work full-time. We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and enjoys a relaxed, tidy living environment. - Approximately 25 minutes to the University of Waikato - Central to Hamilton, Auckland, Tauranga, and Waihi and surrounds - Quiet, modern neighbourhood with great amenities nearby This would suit a working professional or mature student. My partner and I both work locally full-time and enjoy a relaxed, balanced lifestyle. Outside of work, you’ll usually find us spending time at home, catching up with friends, cooking, or enjoying a movie night. We’re social and friendly, but we also value our own space and downtime and are respectful of others’ routines and privacy.
