I am looking for a flatmate to share two bedroom apartment. There are two floors and the apartment is located on the top floor. The spare room which became available is located next to deck from the back of building. There are two entrances one from the front and another from the back. The back entrance is not used much though.

This is a quiet building and people are generally busy with their schedules. The room is unfurnished. I have a single folding bed at the moment in it which can be used or I can put it away if suits.

The room is largest out of the two room and has a good size wardrobe and the city view.

The apartment is painted last year and the curtains were installed last year as well. Kitchen bench top is also new and installed last year.

The house has central heating system and the room does not come with a heater. You may have to purchase heater for your room.

No gas heaters allowed and drying cloths inside the apartment is not permitted as per lease terms. The tenants are requested to be quiet at night.

Expenses: $40 electricity plus $15 internet and cleaning items etc per week.
