About the room

Two-bedroom apartment with shared bathroom, open plan kitchen-diner-lounge and balcony in the friendly community of Hataitai. Part of a two story timber building, with own entrance and cute cottagey character (see last photo).

Furnished room available with queen sized-bed, bedside table, lamp and built in wardrobe.

Dreamy views over Evans Bay and surrounding mountains. Half way up Mount Victoria with a 15 minute leg stretch to the top. Good for a nature lover.

There is free street parking. Also a 15 minute walk to the buses 2 and 20.

Hataitai village has a few restaurants, pubs, a corner shop, weekly quiz, pharmacy and post office as well as community events.

Room is $250 + bills which are $40 per week.

About the roomies

You’ll be sharing with one person. Kind, creative, clean and outdoorsy girl in her early 30s who likes a balance between socialising and time for herself. Likes running and playing piano/guitar.
