You will have full access to a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely outdoor space. The house features an attached double garage for parking or storage, an extra room as potential office space, and open plan kitchen-dining-lounge that leads onto a sunny outdoor deck.

Your unfurnished bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, a walk-in wardrobe, and sliding door onto a private patio area. If you enjoy relaxing, the main bathroom incorporates a bath.

Outside the house, steps lead up into a forested area of the property, and provide spaces for container gardens.

Move in costs are: $320 week + $640 refundable bond. Rent includes power, broadband, Netflix and water.

You will be sharing the home with myself— a retired early childhood teacher who enjoys a relaxed and tidy home environment, as I focus on creative projects.

My university-aged daughter also lives here during her quarterly university breaks, adding a bit of extra energy to the house a few times a year. We are friendly, independent, and respect personal space.
