About the room

The house is located with in walking distance to a bus stop and the beautiful Paraparaumu Beach. Big sunny windows that bring in the light and the ocean is visible from the living room. It is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood with off street parking. Paraparumu beach has cute shops and a Saturday farmers market that is a must visit. events are often held at the Kapiti boat club and it is an easy train ride to wellington central station from the Paraparaumu train station. There are two unfurnished rooms that are options to choose from at this time, one very sunny room with a private entrance that has a wardrobe, and a second room with a window and built in closet. The bathroom, large kitchen and living room would be shared common areas and is minimally furnished so there’s an opportunity for a new flatmate to bring in some personal touches should they desire to. A gym area has been set up as well with a treadmill, elliptical, tv with casting ability, some free weights, a row machine, and a VR treadmill. Hoping to fill both rooms at this time for a total of three people in the house share, price is per person.

Hi I am Natasha an international student originally from the sunny state of Florida in the USA with humanist political views. I work in the USA remotely and am a full time veterinary student who loves the beach and a peaceful clean living environment. I commute to Palmerston North for school so maintaining a peaceful place to retreat to from the stresses of school is the type of home I have created and am now looking to share with one or possibly two other people as it is a big sunny house with a few extra rooms. I am looking for a nonsmoker/vaper, non drug or alcohol, responsible, respectful, and clean flat mate to live with and prefer to live with females who can show stability in their ability to pay on time and share living costs.
