There is currently one room available.

This room can be provided with a bed frame and mattress if desired, or left unfurnished depending on your preference.

The room features a built-in closet and works well as a bedroom, home office, study, hobby room, dressing room, or additional living space.

The home has a shared bathroom, large kitchen, and comfortable living areas with views toward the ocean from the living room. Common areas are lightly furnished, leaving room for a new flatmate to add their own personal touches if desired.

I enjoy living near the beach and have created a calm, clean, and peaceful home environment that provides a relaxing retreat from the demands of study and work. Most of my time is spent studying, working, exercising, or enjoying the outdoors, and I appreciate living with people who are respectful of shared spaces and enjoy a similarly relaxed atmosphere.
