Rent is 260 per week and includes Wi-Fi, kitchen/bathroom utilities. Power is separate and shared monthly.

Room officially available from end of July as the property is being redecorated, however, you are welcome to move in sooner. Rent will be lower ($227) until redecorating is complete.
