About the room

Three story house with a spacious lounge and kitchen, comes with a washing machine and dishwasher. You’ll be staying in the top-floor ensuite, chest of drawers, double-bed mattress and frame available if wanted.

Great location on a quiet side street in Tawa. 5 mins walk to bus, New World, gym, takeaways, cafes etc, 10 mins walk to train station.

Rent is 260 per week and includes Wi-Fi, kitchen/bathroom utilities. Power is separate and shared monthly.

Room available now. House newly repainted. Further redecorating will be taking place over Aug-Sep. Rent will be lower ($227) until redecorating is fully complete.
