Only one person to share with in a five bedroom house & various rooms to choose from and you get your own spacious lounge room as well as bedroom. Quite cul-de-sac close to ferries to the viaduct and easy walk to shops yet lovely peaceful large fenced section and sea outlook. Pool table and large room - share with one other. Lovely large deck and very private. Close to Motorway yet quite cul-de-sac. Five bedrooms so you can take more than one room if wanted - eg. if you wanted Storage or another person thatā€™s fine so feel free to enquire.
