About the room
Hi, looking for a female (students welcome<3) to take over my lease from July (date can be negotiated) and lease goes on until the end of the year. The room is spacious (can easily fit a yoga mat;)) with a big window that lets in plenty of light, and you get lovely morning sun. Comes furnished with a desk, double bed, clothes hanger, small drawers. Also has a small built in closet. All bedrooms+the living room has heat pumps and warms up nicely.
It’s a three bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom (toilet and shower in two separate rooms), a small living room, cozy little kitchen, laundry machine and dryer, plus hidden places for some extra storage.
Located on a quiet street, with one bus stop around the corner and one 5 min down the street, and with the octagon a 10-15 min stroll away. Street parking available.
About the roomies
You will be living with two women in their early twenties. Both work full time, and are easygoing, tidy and super nice people, where the apartment serves as a quiet harbor after days out and about.
