Hi,we are Doug and Selina. We currently have our largest room 4 rent at $230 pw. price includes,( within reasonable use) the power,internet,water,rubbish,Netflix. 7 awesome evening meals can be included for $100 extra pw and my lovely wife could do your washing for $15 dried and folded pw. You can of course do your own washing and there is a laundromat very close by. We require 2 weeks bond and 1 week in advance.
