Will be sharing kitchen and living spaces with 2 existing tenants. Living room has a separate toilet. Furniture and whiteware are included.
The available room is unfurnished and shares a bathroom with one other tenant on the top floor. The room has an HVAC for temperature control, and comfortably fits a queen bed with extra space for other furniture items such as a desk. The room has a large window on back wall and gets excellent morning and early afternoon sunlight.
Tenancy agreement is currently until early December 2026 but can be extended.
