Room available in a two-bedroom flat in St Kilda, Dunedin from the start of July. Rent is $170 per week + utilities (approx. $120 per month for power/wifi). The house is warm and dry throughout winter with double glazing and an HRV system. You’ll be sharing a house with one female flatmate and a rescue cat. Looking for someone tidy and easygoing, preferably postgrad or working professional.

I am a postgrad student in chemistry. I love to get outdoors for walks/hikes and also enjoy taking my kayak or paddle board out when the weather is good. I live with a condition which means rest is important, so ideally looking for someone quiet + respectful but who is also keen for adventures from time to time.
