Double room available with ample wardrobe space and a private balcony off the room. Attracts decent sunlight and comes partially furnished with a king single bed.

About the roomies

3 others in the home, 1 couple and another girl. We would like to even it out with another male but are also open to anybody. We’re quite a chill house, friendly and enjoy each others company while also having the space for our own time. Bills are split at the end of each month.

The property itself is modern, fresh and new. A lot of sun hits the home and is warm over the colder winter months. Street parking is limited but isn’t something you would miss out on. Super close to the grocery stores and train station, with a 10 minute train ride to the CBD so it makes for such a convenient commute if you are a city worker.

We also come with a cat - Ziggy! Pays his dues with cuddles and love 😉 If you’re not a cat person, sadly this house may not be for you.
