Excellent location in Millwater, walking distance to Silverdale Mall and Millie’s Cafe. Large sunny, modern home and sharing with very easy-going owner (who is house proud) and 19 year old university student. Must love animals and be respectful . Room comes furnished but happy to rent out as unfurnished . Non smoker please
