Cozy home – looking for a female flatmate (quiet, clean, full-time work)
The house (3 bedrooms): · I take the master bedroom with its own ensuite. · You get one of the other two bedrooms – your choice. · The family bathroom + separate toilet are all yours to use. · The third bedroom is a study/guest room (I rarely have visitors).
Also comes with: · Small outdoor courtyard · Modern kitchen + open living area (sliding doors to courtyard) · Garage with internal access (secure & convenient) · Walking distance to shops, cafes, amenities
About you: You’re a female, full-time employed, quiet, clean, and would take good care of your own room and the bathroom/toilet. I’m like that too – so I believe we’ll get along well.
What you need to bring: · Furniture for your own bedroom · Your own kitchenware (pots, pans, plates, etc.)
About the roomies
I’m a 30+ Asian female, full-time employed, quiet and tidy. I travel overseas about 4 months a year. So most of the time it’s just the two of us, and you’ll have the whole place to yourself for about 4 months in total throughout the year. If this sounds like a good fit, let’s have a chat 😊
