Two bedroom house located in the heart of sumner, 3 blocks away from Scarborough beach! Fire wood heated common areas, room heaters, on site laundry and outdoor bath. Garage for storage.

Room is incredibly spacious and can fit a bed, desk and couch with still some walking room.

Art studio with sewing machines and art table for those crafty types.

$390 for couple, 300$ for single pw not including power. In fall it’s an extra $5 -10 a week, winter has been an extra $20 - 25 pw.

You’d be living with an artsy, Canadian woman in mid 30’s and a super affectionate cat who loves lap cuddles. Active and healthy house hold. Down to cook a meal together, go for an early morning surf mission, skate and sauna. Roomie works full time as an occupational therapist but has some flexibility in schedule so sometimes works from home.

Looking for long term but also open to short. Sorry no other pets.
