Good day to all wanting a room to call home in a loving, caring warm home. If you love your weekend’s away from work and just chill in the garden with a beer (or what ever) you’ve found the home. The room is large enough for a double/queen size bed with ample wardrobe space. I am an extremely friendly, kind and caring retired (early) lady who will often cook meals for the both of us but personal grocery shopping is a must. Must also be extremely tidy. There is a garage available for your use and basic bills power/Fibre split two way’s. St Leonards is a rather sort after area as supermarkets, CBD, Stortford Lodge and hospital just a stones throw away. Bus services a 2 min walk away.
