Looking for someone to rent one of my spare rooms. This one is unfurnished with a cupboard and room to easily fit a queen bed and drawers.

House is situated in a cul-de-sac , with friendly neighbours who all look out for each other. My house has a cosy, lived in vibe, clean and tidy without being too crazy and is also home to a pug and a ginger cat so plenty of pats if needed. Have a great backyard for the sunshine, outdoor table and BBQ set up for the summer months. The garage has space for some stuff if you need a little bit of storage.

I want to share my home with someone who is employed, someone who gets out and about, can hold a conversation and is respectful of living in a home where I am the owner. Unfortunately, I don’t think I can have any more pets as it wouldn’t be fair to my animals.

Rent is $250 per week, inclusive of power, internet. Buying the odd lot of toilet roll or house shared stuff will be appreciated.
