We have a large, fully furnished upstairs bedroom available in our modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse in Jacks Point.

You will have use of a large upstairs bathroom, which will primarily be your own and only occasionally used by us or visitors. The home is shared with myself and my partner (late 20s/early 30s), both full-time healthcare professionals, and our two friendly indoor cats—so a love of cats is essential! The downstairs third bedroom is used as a storage and cat room, meaning you’ll only be sharing the home with two other people and our furry housemates. We are looking for a clean, respectful, and easy-going professional who enjoys a quiet and relaxed home environment. This would be best suited to someone working full-time and looking for a comfortable place to call home for the remainder of the year.

You’ll be living with us, Chelsea and Marcus, a professional couple in our late 20s/early 30s. We’re both dentists working full-time locally and generally keep a pretty relaxed and tidy home. During the week we enjoy quiet evenings, cooking, going to the gym, and unwinding after work, while our weekends are usually spent making the most of everything Queenstown has to offer—whether that’s skiing, hiking, biking, water sports, or exploring the outdoors. We also share our home with our two much-loved indoor cats, Bundy and Keith. They’re both very friendly, affectionate, and love being around people, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys cats and is happy to share their space with them. We’re hoping to find a clean, respectful, and easy-going flatmate who will treat the house like a home and enjoy a relaxed, friendly living environment.
