Self contained unit located downstairs of main family home. Mostly furnished, you’d only need to bring linen. Small kitchenette and modern bathroom. Rent includes power, water and internet. Own entrance and on street parking. The house is at the bottom of a steep driveway so it isn’t suitable for those requiring support with access I.e. elderly, disabled and it is potentially unsafe for young children. No pets sorry. The property is 10 mins max from town, 5 mins to all motorways including hospital. $300 for single, $400 for 2 people.

We are a busy family with young children so it’s noisy when we’re home. We are respectful of your space and the children are asleep about 8pm. We are out the door for work and school everyday about 8.30am. Preferably short term stays between 2 months to 1 year. Happy to answer any questions, discuss what your needs might be and see if we can make it work.
