About the room

Hi! This is a single 2.7 x 2.7m single room, in Takapuna. Currently furnished with a single bed, and can fit a double, but you will need to bring your own for that. This location is fantastic, with buses right down the road, and Takapuna town center just 10-15 minutes walk away. The site is part of a complex and have a very large shared courtyard that are well maintained by the body corp.

About the roomies

It’s currently just me living here, so bathrooms and the public facilities (kitchen, dining) will be shared with me. I’m typically quiet and keep to myself, but will welcome and enjoy a chat every now and then.
