Awesome sunny room in very chill household. Room is fully furnished with all bedding and such also provided. Can be either a king single OR a king depending how much space you want in the room! Super secure area as the street is a cul-de-sac and heaps of parking including off-street. 500m to supermarket and four bus routes into the city as well. House has a second ‘lounge’ area that we use for TTRPG and board games as well as various crafty stuff. New carpet and paint was done throughout before we moved in and also has a brand new kitchen as well. Dining/kitchen/lounge is very open plan so place feels very spacious. Rent includes power, wifi and water rates so just need to suss out what you want to eat. NO COUPLES!! Bond to be discussed!
