I’m currently looking for a flatmate for a three bedroom house. The move in date is ASAP as my current flatmate is moving out in less than two weeks. I’m 21 yrs old, and final year student at the University of Waikato studying Nursing.

The house is located in Hillcrest, Hamilton east, less than two kilometres from the University, less than 10 minute drive to the CBD and close to shops. The house has three bedrooms, one bathroom, fully furnished and a driveway that fits two cars. The house is located in a safe neighborhood and friendly/helpful neighbours.

The rent is $300 per fortnight which includes all bills and no bond or move in costs.
