The House The home is double-glazed with a heat pump and HRV ventilation system making it warm and dry year-round. It’s up a long private driveway (parking for 2 cars) with a lovely garden you’re welcome to enjoy.
The house has recently been renovated with new paint and new benchtops and bathroom, so it’ll be looking great. Note: photos were taken before the renovation, but they give a good feel for the layout and space.
Kitchen Fully furnished kitchen with all the basic cooking equipment and cutlery you need.
Facilities One bathroom with vanity, bath and shower. Separate toilet. Attached double garage. Off-street parking for 2 cars up the driveway.
