About the room
Two rooms are available. One as of right now and the other from the end of the June. Both have a similar floor area. Can fit a queen bed, amongst other furniture. You can also setup a desk or table in the lounge if you’d like. The property has a heat pump, central air circulation by way of HRV and a small patio/deck area. Includes double glazing. Park under the carport or on-street. The house is right in the middle between three major shopping areas in Tauranga. Gate Pa, Fraser Cove and Greerton. Close to Tauranga Hospital and Racecourse. All are walkable to and from. It borders a public park for recreation and greenspace.
About the roomies
I live at and own the property itself, and work three days a week from home. I would be looking for people in my age range as well if possible (25-35), but this isn’t a hard cap. It’s my first home and I want to do the best I can to improve and make the living experience at this place better as time goes on.
