This great property is located in Schnapper Rock on the North Shore. It’s just a two-minute drive from motorway on-ramps in both directions, making it ideal for getting to work and other errands.
There are food shops and petrol stations just a two-minute drive away. Currently, there are three male flatmates living here, and we’re looking to fill the room by the end of June. Two of us are 26 and the other is 27. There’s plenty of on-street parking available since it’s a quiet neighbourhood.
We’re a chill and social bunch who often play pool together at home or just watch TV. However, we definitely aren’t a party flat. We’ve lived together at this property for three years now.
