I have two rooms available - one has a double bed loft accessible by a ladder and built in wardrobr. The other has a movable wardrobe with mirror, some furniture but the bed in the photo is going. I have owned the home for over 30 years and to those who live here it’s a ‘home’ not a ‘house’. A spray free property - you can crop food from the veggie garden. All cleaning products, net and power bills included. We are not a partying household - only our family or closest friends come here. A very large back yard, off street parking, and 5-10 mins walk to the CBD, 100mtres from the coastal walkway and 200 mtres to the local pool and Kawaroa water park. It’s an old 1910 villa with a sunny north facing verandah - everything works and is servicable and there is a ducted heating system. Great infinity high pressure shower over the bath.

One 40 year old fella who X-box games. He’s had a stroke so not working. A very fine person. I’m the owner and live in a seperate sleep out. I’m a pensioner! (WHERE did theitme go??/!!!!). I’m an environmentalist so expect people to recycle properly and be energy conscious. I chose not to live with big drinkers, and smoking is strictly outside - there’s a smokers shed. We like our sleep and a restful, calm environemnt and DEFINATEL like responsible adults who clean up after themselves and don’t make work for others. We’re social but stick toour own spaces (and chat when we see each other!). Also, a cleaner comes in and does the shared spaces unless I am away.
