About the room

Two rooms on offer, available from early July, to one person. Could use the second room as an office, games room, lounge etc. The right candidate will be sharing my home with just myself and my cat. Internet, reasonable use of power, firewood, and cleaning products are included. I have a gardener that maintains the property and I do the cleaning, all I ask is that you tidy up after yourself and clean your own shower and rooms. You will be sharing a toilet with visitors but will have your own bathroom. The house has two living-rooms, a kitchen with a walk-in pantry, an extra refrigerator in the garage, front loader washing machine, your own hallway linen cupboard, log burner, in-built smoke detectors, fully insulated, fully double glazed, large deck, vege garden, and one cat. No other animals permitted, and no couples. On-street parking available. I work full time 8am-5pm, I like to be social but also enjoy quiet time, occasionally enjoy a drink with friends and family but most days don’t have visitors. There is chrome-cast and a ps5 in the main lounge. I cook for myself approx twice a week, you will need to provide your own food and do your own cooking. This is a quiet neighbourhood just outside Redwood Springs with some parks, walks, golf clubs, and bottle lake forest nearby, and with a bus stop very close by. Looking for someone tidy and reliable with paying rent on time, similar age, non cigarette smoker, working full time, and preferably a cat person as my cat is quite vocal and needy.
