About the room
Room in Ilam avaliable now until 2nd December (may be some wiggle room with lease)- The landlord then may be looking to sell the property after this !
The house is in Ilam - super close to uni and the Ilam New World. The house has a fireplace and heatpump to keep you warm for the winter. Flynn - one of the other flatties maintains the gardens and the lawns for us :)
One of the flatmates is currently looking after his father’s lab while his dad is between houses so ideally you’d be a dog person/comfortable with this !
Ideal fit: Someone working or studying, in their 20s, tidy, an animal lover and friendly.
My desk and clothes rack inc if wished ! The bed (brand new) and chair are also avaliable for sale - we can negotiate a price on these.

About the roomies
One couple and one girl - all in their 20s. The couple (Flynn and Veronica) rent out the bottom two rooms and you’d be upstairs across the hall from a girl (Tyla) who is currently studying.
All super friendly and homey, they like to have the odd BBQ and watch the rugby on the weekend - but also like their quiet time and keeping to themselves.
