Zain's room

Karori, Wellington 6012

This house is located in the Karori hills. It has fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and valley. The house is fully furnished with sofa, dinning table and chairs, two refrigerators, and a washer and dryer. We have two rooms for rent ATM. The house has two floors and the living, dinning and Kitchen are on the upper floor and the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the lower floor. Each room has big windows and one as access to the outside deck. The house is a 7 minute walk form the Karori mall which has a New World, Countdown, a chemist and a sushi cafe and a salvation army. There are many nature preserves in the area. Wrights Hill trail is just opposite the upper floor entry. There is a public library and swimming pool near the mall. The number 3 and 33 buses will take you to and from town and the bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the house. The neighborhood is easily accessible and quiet. If a couple rents the rate will be $250 per week.

There is a male working professional in one room and my wife and I live in the rear of the property in a separate sleepout. There are two cats who belong to me but only one venture into the house from time to time for cuddles.
