Sharing with two 40+ female flatmates. One Scottish/Aussie who works from home during the week. The other, a Kiwi working longer hours outside the house 4 days a week. Both easygoing and independent, with a busy work lives and active outlooks. Into sailing, kayaking, camping, mountain biking, skiing, hiking, water skiing, winding and a bit of dancing and pottery.

Home life is clean, quiet, and calm. When not out at classes, weeknights are often spent cooking a nice dinner and enjoying a relaxed evening in front of the fire watching TV. Socialising mostly happens outside the house, with the occasional friend or family member over for dinner or a board / card game.

As a newly formed team up we are looking for a third to join us. Those with a positive view of the world, of similar age, who typically work outside the home during the day, tidy and considerate, and appreciate a calm, well-kept environment. Long-term preferred.
