Howdy 🤠 We are looking for another flatmate to join our cosy home in Spreydon. Three bedroom house with two bathrooms, so you’ll only be sharing the bathroom with one other. The house gets lots of sun, has a big deck and doors that open out from the kitchen, perfect for a gin in the sun ☀️. The house has lots of character but is also double glazed with three heat-pumps, so it’s cosy in winter. All of the plumbing is new so great water pressure! I own the home so looking for someone who is tidy and respectful.

Because I occasionally need to sleep during the day I would prefer someone who doesn’t work from home, although the odd day is fine. We have a 16 year old cat who’s very cuddly and loves attention, she’s pretty chill but it’s important you like cats as she’ll force her love on you 😂

Located in Spreydon, the house is pretty central, 10minutes and you’re in the CBD while also being close to the hills. Super close to Barrington mall which has everything you need plus lots of takeaway options nearby. Your new flatmates: Two 28 year old gals who enjoy getting out and about and being active. Both working full time and enjoy running, cooking, paragliding/ air sports and a good boogie!.
