About the room

We live in an old villa very close to Ponsonby, Grey Lynn, K road, and the CBD. We are after someone in their 20s who is clean and respectful, and working a full time job. The Kingsland train station is a 15min walk away, Woolworths supermarket is a 10min walk away, Grey Lynn park a 5min walk away and there is a bus stop just up the road. Washing machine and fridge are included, and smoking outside is okay. The perfect spot for someone working in town !!

Currently we are 2 males and 1 female, in our 20s-30s We are fun and friendly, we value good communication between us, we enjoy socialising and also having time to ourselves. We are a rather quiet household as we all work full-time jobs. We can’t wait to find our new roomie !!
