The location is pretty good as it is 500 m from the motorway and and a short walk to the bus stop for taking a bus to the city.
About the room: The room is unfurnished, however, it comes with a built-in wardrobe. It can fit a queen size bed and a study table. With regards to the bathroom, you will be sharing it with just one other person.
