Sunny bedroom in a 4 bedroom flat available from end of June/start of July. $195 plus $40 a week, to cover flat expenses, including power and wifi so you don’t have to worry about power being extra during the winter. The lease has just been resigned, so it is until 10th July 2027. Large room, amazing amount of sun in the middle of winter. Friendly group of 3 flatmates staying, everyone is pretty quiet, and keeps to themselves, but always down for a chat as well. I’m only leaving as I’ve ended up buying a house. Post graduate students or young professionals would work well in the flat, as the age mix is mid 20’s to early 30’s. Plenty of on street parking if you have a car, and it’s really handy to a few bus routes. It’s also close enough to town that it is possible to walk. Also within walking distance to supermarkets. Has a wood burner in the lounge, as well as a heat pump, and a heat pump in the hallway. Insulated to the healthy homes standard. The flatmates that are remaining at the flat are quiet and friendly. Mainly keep to themselves, but keen for a chat when you see them. Their interests include gaming, cooking/baking, and gardening. Young professionals/job searching, but are open to living with a postgraduate or mature student
