Sunny large double room available on the edge of Mount Cook / Te Aro / Brooklyn (really close to the city - a 3 min walk to the top of Willis and Cuba Streets).

The room is unfurnished, with a wardrobe and has west-facing windows that catches the afternoon sun. Living with 3 others in their 30s, and sharing the bathroom with only one other.

Costs are $275 rent + $25 bills per week. This will include: power, gas cooking and hot water, fibre internet, and basic flat needs (rubbish bags, etc.). The bond is $225.
