Double room in a separate end of the house away from other tenants.

Home is in the suburb of Ohauiti, which is on the public bus route. Ohauiti is a well respected suburb and is known to be a very safe area to live in

You’ll be sharing the home with a 53 year old female who works full time and her retired mother.

This is our home, and we enjoy having our extended family visit from out of town at times, including our grandchildren.

This is not a party house. We are after a quiet respectful housemate, that is independent, honest, tidy & cleans up after themselves. You’ll be responsible for your own food & cooking, however sometimes it’d be great to have dinner together too, as we are sociable & enjoy a good chat.

Room includes internet & reasonable use of power.

Room is unfurnished - if a furnished room is required, room will be $ 375 per week

You must be a non-smoker & not do drugs of any sort.

You need to work full time or be a full time student who attends a campus to study.
