THE ROOM:

• Rent: $200 + expenses (split 4 ways as they come in monthly)
• Bond is $1050 ( 4weeks rent + $250 for communal furniture and appliances)
• Huge windows with lots of sun all day around and a spacious double wardrobe
• You’ll be sharing a bathroom/shower with 2 other flatties. The bathroom has great water pressure and plenty of storage for your bits and bobs!

THE FLAT:

• The flat is a new build that is super warm in winter and has AC for summer!
• 5 minute drive to Mt Albert train station or a 10 min walk to the bus stops into the city. Also located near lots of supermarkets/good Uber Eats options!
• Move in any time from NOW! Flexibility is available for the right person

ABOUT YOU: we’re looking for another female around her mid 20s working full time. We want a flattie who is clean, respectful, smoke-free and house-proud! 💗
