Looking for a professional working flatmate or couple to join our flat. We are after someone who is fun, vibrant, friendly, who likes to socialise but also likes to chill.

The house is currently occupied two existing flatmates who work full time. The flat is located in a nice peaceful street of Sunnybrook, only a short drive to town and close to most supermarkets. Large living spaces and sunny deck perfect for summer.

The room has plenty of space with a double wardrobe. Room comes unfurnished, rest of house is fully furnished. Shared bathroom with one other flatmate.

$230pw or extra $50 for a couple. Bills are split evenly between flatmates each month. We require 2 weeks rent in advance and one week bond. Available from 25th June 2026.

Must be pet friendly as we have a cat.

Two working full time, one studying. Tidy and respectful. Like to socialize but enjoy own space.
