Unfortunately leaving this lovely flat in Aro Valley just off Willis St! Good sized double room with skylights 🌌 The city centre is right at your doorstep without feeling like you’re right in the thick of it! You’ll be living with 2 lovely gals (early-mid 20s) You always get the place to yourself! Photos are from previous flatmates I currently fit 2 drawers, a desk, bookshelves and my double bed with space to spare! We get lots of native visitors thanks to the huge Kōwhai tree in the backyard! Awesome place to wind down with a beer in the summertime ✨Communal area has a heat pump and dehumidifier to keep nice and toasty during winter ❄️
