Located in a great area right next to a park. The house is tidy, comfortable, and has plenty of storage space. There are plenty of parking spaces, with both off-street and on-street parking available.
The rooms come pre-furnished, so it will be easy to move straight in. The furniture in the photos is from staging, as the house has just been bought. We have queen or double beds available.
Utilities are a flat rate of $35/w per person.
Our ideal roomie is someone working full-time, respectful, clean, and who can have a good yarn. We are looking for a short-term stay, around 3-6 months, with a possibility to extend.
