Located close to Knights Stream Park for your activities and close access to Southern Motorway. 7 minutes drive to Halswell New World or Hornby Hub. Roughly 15 minutes to Westfield. 15 minutes to both University of Canterbury & Lincoln. Roughly 10 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop.

House is fully furnished for your needs. Large windows that let in plenty of natural light plus built-in wardrobe with shelving units for ample storage rooms. The place also offers a bathtub, tiled shower and a separate toilet for added convenience which will be shared between 2 rooms. We have our own ensuite so the main bath and toilet are just for the flatmates.

Total move in cost: 2 weeks bond + 1 week rent in advance. Sorry, No pets. Please no smoking or vaping indoors/outdoors.
