Hello, this house is available from the 10th of August 2026. It is a standard, brand new 2 level townhouse. It has 3 bedrooms and a study. There is no parking space, sorry, so if you have a car, you might need to park it on the road. There is a train station and bus stops are close by. This room has a ensuite, so it has its own shower and toilet. The room will come with a single bed and drawers. At the moment, who will be living in the property is me. I’m a 52 year old male, I spend most of my time working mostly, a dusty tradesman’s job, sometimes 6 days a week and am fairly quiet, friendly, respectful and polite. Spend my evenings, watching tv, Facebook and watching the warriors games or the nrl. Sometimes, I might have an occasional beer, normally whilst I’m watching the warriors play their games.
