Hello, this house is available from the 10th of August 2026. It is a standard, brand new 2 level townhouse. It has 3 bedrooms and a study. There is no parking space, sorry, so if you have a car, you might need to park it on the road. There is a train station and bus stops are close by. This room has a ensuite, so it has its own shower and toilet. The room will come with a single bed and drawers. Kitchen and a spare toilet are downstairs These photos are taken from a real estate agents website, so the house and rooms look pretty cause it’s been dressed with nice furniture. I don’t have the keys yet, to take photos for myself and others to view, so am relying on the agents website photos. Also, the weekly board and deposit of both rooms are negotiable, depending on circumstances.
At the moment, who will be living in the property is me. I’m a 52 year old male, I spend most of my time working mostly, a dusty tradesman’s job, sometimes 6 days a week and am fairly quiet, friendly, respectful and polite. Spend my evenings, watching tv, Facebook and watching the warriors games or the nrl. Sometimes, I might have an occasional beer, normally whilst I’m watching the warriors play their games.
