Looking to rent from MID-JULY until the END of SEPTEMBER ONLY. No pets allowed.
$280 a week, including gas, power and WiFi.
The sleepout is semi-private - it is in the back garden which would be shared with the main house, there is a washing machine to the rear of the sleepout which is shared with main house. On-street parking.
About the roomies
I live in the main house with my partner, we are laid back and friendly, enjoying sitting out by a garden fire occasionally in the evenings. We have four chickens that live in the garden too.
