I am on the lookout for accommodation such as this, however I work night shifts and perfer not annoy anyone coming home and sleep during the day on these days! Would this be a problem? I am a single 26 professional female. Very tidy and always pay rent on time. I do smoke however only outside and disposed of in a tidy manner. I only have one or two visitors around and we tend to stick to ourselves. I am also happy to message before etc if needed!
