Hi, i am applying on behalf of my father. He is 59years of age and is a full-time employee. This room will be well managed and tidy at all times if given the chance to stay here. My father will be living alone and will have bills paid on time. He has previous references if needed. He is awaiting to move jobs with Auckland Stonemasons Ltd so by this he will barely be home.. mainly working out of Auckland and just needs a place to be at home when hes back in the weekend.
