I am a Canadian who has recently moved back to New zealand. I don’t work because I’m waiting on the visa . I am financially secure . I’m very easy going , no drama , love to travel , have drinks with friends , I do smoke but never in my house , very honest , help around the house , very clean , perfer female flatmate and who is the owner of her own home and like me financially secure. I will need a place immediately as the home I’m in will only be for a few more days due to unfortunate circumstances . If this works out between us , it could be anywhere from 3 months to a yr .
